LHG is pleased to announce a significant milestone for the organisation, welcoming two regional Victorian aged care communities into the group: Lutheran Homes Hamilton (formerly Eventide Lutheran Homes & Hamilton Village) and Lutheran Homes Horsham (formerly Sunnyside Lutheran Retirement Village).
Expanding beyond South Australia
This acquisition expands LHG’s care beyond South Australia, increasing our total resident population to over 2,000 people, supported by a dedicated team of more than 1,300 staff and volunteers. We look forward to working closely with local teams, residents and families as we continue to invest in our people and facilities.
